Ron has been a senior executive coach with Marshall Goldsmith for 12 years. His current clients include CEOs, Presidents and senior managers in the oil, chemical, high tech, financial, marketing, and telecommunications sectors.
Ron has worked both nationally and internationally for many Fortune 50 companies, where he has specialized in behavior change management. His client list includes AT&T, Dell, Hewlett-Packard, BMW, KPMG, Ashland Chemical, Ingersoll-Rand, Ford Motor Company, Valvoline Oil, and PricewaterhouseCoopers.
Ron has significant experience working with Engineering Scientists and PhDs at several major oil/chemical companies, and has coached multiple senior leaders in one such company over a 13 year period. Additionally, he has expertise working with Heads of Sales, both in the oil industry and at four Fortune 500 technology companies.
Ron also has experience working with PhDs in the academic community, having worked with the Florida University system and the Presidents of many top colleges. He has been a regular speaker at Florida A&M University?s business school, and he has also provided coaching to the Georgia Educators/Principals program of BellSouth.
Prior to full time focus on coaching, Ron held several leadership positions at IBM where he spent 25 years in human resources, organizational development, and leadership development. While at IBM, he focused on executive coaching and management/employee relations for the Southwest Marketing Division. He was also the SVP of Human Resources for Netrail, an IP broadband company in Atlanta.
Ron frequently conducts development seminars for community organizations such as Big Brothers/Big Sisters, the American Red Cross, the United Way, and for leaders in public and private education. He does extensive pro bono consulting and leadership training for the National Urban League.
